Century Property Developments, one of the very first companies to join Future City Fourways’ street cleaning and area upliftment programme with financial sponsorships in 2015, is now giving extra support to this Cleaner, Safer Fourways programme by cleaning Century Boulevard, the road that runs past Riversands Incubation Hub, both of which built by Century Property Developments.

Tracy Henley, a Century Property director, says, “A well-developed infrastructure is central to the economic growth of any town or city. To ensure that this pillar of competitiveness stands firm, Century Property Developments has been working really hard to maintain Century Boulevard. We have also planted hundreds of trees on this road to create a greener Riversands.

“Century Boulevard is now handling all the William Nicol traffic from Steyn City through to Mnandi Road. With municipalities being backlogged, Century has a full time team cleaning the huge amounts of rubbish thrown out of vehicles daily. The company is also grass cutting on the verges and middle islands.  This contributes to the efforts of our partner, Future City Fourways, in keeping Greater Fourways neat and clean.”
